- Most Domain Names listed on URLMerchant are for Sale or
Lease To Buy unless otherwise indicated by URLMerchant.
Domain Names that are sold are transferred to the Buyer's DNS servers (or parked for a fee on URLMerchant's servers).
Domain Names that are leased
will remain parked or hosted on URLMerchant servers for our mutual protection until the conclusion of the lease.
- Minimum bids on any listed Domain Names are $750 (US). There are no exceptions to this policy.
All other bids WILL be discarded without consideration. Bids that are clearly below market value will not be
considered.

- Buyer and Seller security is extremely important to URLMerchant. For this reason,
all monetary transactions will be handled exclusively by URLMerchant. URLMerchant will
serve as the intermediary between Buyer and Seller. URLMerchant will withhold Buyer
funds from the Seller until Domain Name has been successfully transferred. No exceptions to this
policy will be made. Once a Domain Name transfer has been successfully completed,
funds will be released to the Seller (less URLMerchant commission and any transfer fees).
Domain Names will not be transferred until funds have been received from Buyer.
- Sellers set the price for each Domain Name they list with URLMerchant.
- Asking prices are not posted on the site. This does not mean the Seller does not have an
asking price. Asking prices are revealed to Buyers upon receipt of their initial bid or inquiry.
Asking prices on URLMerchant are typically between $5,000 and $15,000 (US) and most do not exceed $100,000.

- URLMerchant acts as the exclusive authorized agent for the vast majority of Domain Names
listed on this site. Sellers who list with URLMerchant typically have neither the
desire or time to negotiate Domain Names prices with potential Buyers. For this reason,
URLMerchant is the Seller's price negotiation agent with all Buyers.
- Funds are accepted from Buyers via wire transfer (domestic and international both).
There is a $50 (US) fee for wire transfer fund delivery to URLMerchant. Funds are also
accepted from Buyers via cashiers check, money order, personal check and company check.
Note: Transfer delay may occur for personal checks (up to 7 days) and corporate checks
(up to 3 days). Once funds are confirmed, Domain Name transfer is intiated.

- Once URLMerchant accepts a bid from a Buyer on a particular Domain Name, we will continue to
accept and evaluate any bids we receive on that name until we receive funds from the
initial successful bidder. If we receive a higher bid before we receive and verify
funds from the initial successful bidder, we reserve the right to cancel our initial acceptance
and to accept the higher bid. Once URLMerchant accepts, receives and verifies
a Buyer's funds, URLMerchant will accept no more bids.
- All funds for Domain Names should be delivered to URLMerchant directly.

Checks and
money orders are also to be made out to URLMerchant and are to be furnished in United States currency.
