URLMerchant Policies and Pricing

- Domain Names will be sold to the first bidder making an offer greater than
or equal to the Seller's asking price or to the highest bidder with an accepted offer.
Domain Name owners retain the right to reject any bid.
- Domain Names consigned to the online auction will be sold to the highest bidder.
Winning auction bids must meet or exceed the consignee's minimum acceptance price (a.k.a. Reserve Price).
- Once a Domain Name has been transferred, URLMerchant cannot be held
liable for any disputes that may arise due to web related content or other disputes.
- All sales are final. We guarantee the successful transfer of your
purchased Domain Name or your money back! Without exception, payment for Domain Name
must be received in full prior to the transfer.
- We will not discuss the specific sale of any Domain Name nor the selling price to any third parties
unless prior permission has been given by the Domain Name Buyer or one of its agents or representatives.
- URLMerchant offers a Lease To Buy financing program to most Buyers. Click here.
- Payment of additional Registrar fees may be required by Buyers of domain names.
Network Solutions fees are currently $35 per year with the first 2 years ($70) due following registration.
Fees may vary depending upon the Registrar for the Domain Name in question and no registration
fees are ever included in the sale price of a Domain Name.
- Except as otherwise provided herein with respect to representations and warranties, all Domain Names
are transferred "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but
not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Once a Domain Name has been transferred to a Buyer, the Buyer will be entitled to receive no funds,
deposits or securities held by Seller or URLMerchant, whatsoever. Once a Seller has completed an RNCA
(or other paperwork as necessary) and URLMerchant has forwarded RNCA and/or said paperwork to Registrar,
neither Seller nor URLMerchant will return the Domain Name purchase amount to the Buyer because
of transfer delays. Registrar transfer delays are beyond the control of all parties to a Domain Name transfer,
are typically in excess of 10-15 business days (but may be longer) and will not be sufficient
cause for termination of any Domain Name sale by any party.
- Taxes due (Federal, state or otherwise), if any, stemming from the sale of a Domain Name are the sole
responsibility of the Seller. No stipulations are made in this Transfer Agreement assigning tax liability, or assuming tax
liability, for either party on behalf of the other.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
