- Listing a Domain Name, website or internet business with URLMerchant is always FREE for Sellers.
There is no limit on the number of names you may list. You must provide your own
asking prices so that URLMerchant can negotiate sale prices on your behalf. Pricing advice is available
here.

- Unlike other Domain Brokers, Sellers who list Domain Names with URLMerchant
retain ownership of their Domain Names until sold unless otherwise indicated.

- You may cancel your Domain Name listing at any time by making a Cancellation Request.
If you decide to cancel, please tell us why you're leaving or what we could have done better.

- Sellers will set the price for each Domain Name they list with URLMerchant.

- You may use URLMerchant servers to park your domain names,
so that they are "pointed" at URLMerchant's home page to increase traffic to the site and further promote sales.
URLMerchant's IP Address is "208.233.94.237". If you cannot change your DNS entries to redirect
hits to URLMerchant, you may also use our
HTML 'redirect' web page
as your home page (INDEX.HTML) if you have an active website account.

- URLMerchant will handle negotiations with all potential Buyers.
All negotiations and agreements between URLMerchant and Buyer are tentative and non-binding
until accepted by the Seller. Domain Name owners have final approval rights on pending sales and leases.

- All leased Domain Names remain on URLMerchant servers to protect our mutual interests.

- URLMerchant reserves the right to refuse to list any Domain Name at any time for any reason.

- URLMerchant now has the lowest commission rates in the domain name brokerage business!
Our commission rates are just 6.75% plus a $239 broker fee (after the sale is made, not before)
for any domain name sale that we broker for someone who has listed their domain name(s) for sale on our web site. And we don't require
exclusivity like some other brokers do. How come we changed our rates?
Because we make sales happen and can afford to. On extremely rare occassions we receive an offer above a Seller's
specified asking price. This is usually due to our negotiation efforts.
In these cases, URLMerchant retains the entire amount in excess of the Seller's asking price.
So keep your asking prices current! To list your names for sale as 'Make Offer', simply put 0 (zero) in the Asking Price
field when submitting your names for sale.

- For our mutual protection, we will never transfer a Domain Name to a Buyer until payment is received in full.

- For our mutual protection and that of the Buyer, we will never transfer funds to a Seller until the completed
Registrant Name Change Agreement is received from the Seller and has been processed by InterNIC and verified by URLMerchant.

- Seller's funds will be disbursed in full only after the purchased Domain Name has
been successfully transferred to the Buyer.

- If a Seller cancels a listing with URLMerchant and then sells or
leases that Domain Name within 180 days to ANY party who
has made an offer to us or contacted us about that name,
commission will be due URLMerchant on the sale of that name. If we helped you make the sale in any way,
commission will still be due. If we have nothing to do with the sale (e.g. sale through another brokerage),
then you owe us nothing!

- You certify that by listing a Domain Name for sale on URLMerchant, that you are the owner of that Domain Name
or are authorized by the owner to list the name for sale on URLMerchant.
You understand that URLMerchant programmatically monitors domain name registries for changes of ownership
on domain names that have been listed with URLMerchant. Tranferred domain names are cross checked
against all URLMerchant contacts. If commission appears to be due URLMerchant, we will contact you.

- Any attempts to deny URLMerchant rightful sale commissions will
result in legal proceedings in a court and jurisdiction of our choice
to collect the maximum commision due (regardless of previous commission arrangements),
a $5000 breach of agreement fee, and any and all attorney's fees and expenses incurred
by URLMerchant as a result of the breach of agreement and its enforcement.
Bottom line: If we in any way helped you make the sale, the commission will be due.

- We contact potential Buyers by email, mail, fax and/or telephone.

- URLMerchant reserves the right to refuse any service to anyone.
